Social Mobility Day 2025: Volunteering at Parkwood Primary, Hackney

On social mobility day each year, Connectr Early Engagement works with a local London school to our offices to run skills & speed networking sessions.

This year that falls on Thursday 12^th June and we're being hosted for the morning by Parkwood Primary in Hackney.

We know that starting early with careers education - and myth-busting misconceptions! - can have huge impact in opening up perspectives and opportunities, so are really excited to be working with Parkwood's Years 4, 5, & 6 students this year.

To bring to life the broad spectrum of different career pathways that are out there, we're looking for volunteers from a wide range of secotrs to come along and share their stories with students.
