This academic year, our employer partners helped us reach 4,245 students through in-person events, with over 1,400 young people taking part in work experience in July alone. Almost half had been eligible for Free School Meals, and 71% came from a minority ethnic background.

Across Discover Finance, Discover Tech and our wider programmes, more than 30 employers, including Aon, BDO, Cisco, Deloitte and Principality, worked alongside TechFirst and The Careers & Enterprise Company. Highlights included our first Discover Finance: City Edition at Mansion House for 260 students, and a place as finalist at the ISE Awards 2026.
