Re-imagining Forvis Mazar’s work experience with content that “brings the firm to life”

Challenge

Forvis Mazars gives young people the chance to explore a career within professional and financial services, through its established work experience programme. Multiple work experience rotations are run in parallel across the different offices, through a mix of virtual and live in-office sessions - and each of the offices host a different volume of students.

Forvis Mazars wanted to refresh the work experience content to further enhance the programme and ensure that it continued to work across all sites while energising students about a career at the firm.  

Solution

Forvis Mazars worked closely with Connectr’s Learning Content Manager, Vicky Jones, to re-imagine their work experience. We set out to build new work experience content that would flex to the different offices’ needs, whilst providing a consistency of experience for students coming on site.

We worked with Forvis Mazars Subject Matter Experts to get under the skin of the different service lines and then layered in Connectr’s years of experience working with schools and young people and Vicky’s depth of experience facilitating and creating content. We created a revamped agenda and built out Forvis Mazars branded presentations that had inbuilt facilitator notes and guidance to make it easy to pick up and go, as well as a series of short training videos as additional wrap-around support for hosts.
