Shadow Principality and Legal & General to mark the launch of Discover Finance Wales

Calling all Cardiff-based FS employers who work with early talent or want to engage with U18s! This February half term, we're bringing Discover Finance, the multi-employer, rotational Work Insights programme designed by the FS sector for the FS sector, to Cardiff, where students will be hosted by a different Financial Services employer each day (Legal & General and Principality Building Society). On Thurs 27th Principality is generously opening up their doors to other firms to experience it first hand.

Why multi-employer?
💡 Students see a fuller breadth of roles in the sector, to help them navigate their best route into a career in finance.
💫 Employers wanting to move away from informal work experience, relies on 1-1 work shadowing and/or is just for friends+family, have an easy stepping on point to try a different approach.
